Through web blogs and emails the miles of distance between the owner and builder are bridged significantly. Mike and Jim will make you feel part of the process the entire way, even miles away.

Budgets are handled with an “open book” policy to alleviate any concerns with respect to established pricing. We also use line item budgeting and can offer construction saving or suggestions and ideas to save you money.
